OnePlus company opened its first flagship store in India on Tuesday. It was built in gold shopping center in Mumbai.
A lava red version of OnePlus 5T was launched in India yesterday. Since January 20, OnePlus has started to use offline channels to promote sales. Unlike the experience store, the flagship store is an authorized dealership that will focus on product sales. The experience store is where Indians can try to use the new products.
OnePlus company reached an agreement with Indian retailer Croma to expand its offline operations last year. And the “Bengali” experience store opened in 2017. It’s clear that the company is trying to get fans together to feel and play with the phone before buying it. This is what Chinese manufacturers once did in India.
