Yesterday, OPPO’s website quietly launched a new machine, OPPO A83, which is designed with an 18:9 full-screen design, a metal body and a facial recognition. The price is RMB 1,399. It is the fifth full-screen mobile phone owned by OPPO after OPPO R11s, OPPO R11s Plus, OPPO A79 and OPPO A73.
OPPO A83 adopts a full screen with 5.7-inch 18:9 aspect ratio. It has a metal material body and a more comfortable “small waist” design with a more flexible body curve. OPPO A83 supports facial recognition, and the official says it can unlock the face in 0.18 seconds.
OPPO A83 carries an eight-core 64-bit processor and the CPU frequency can be up to 2.5 GHz. The phone equips with 13 MP main rear camera, 8 MP front-facing camera. The standard version with 4GB and 32 GB storage, supporting 128 GB storage extension. Battery capacity is 3180 mAh. Also, it runs new ColorOS 3.2 system.
OPPO A83 is available in champagne and black, with a price of RMB 1,399 and will be available for sale on December 29 at 10 o ‘clock.
