At MWC 2017, Vernee launched the first Helio-X30-powered flagship smartphone, Apollo 2, featuring powerful performance and high specifications. Its 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM attracted a lot of attention.
In addition, Vernee released another model – Mars Pro, which is not as “high-end” as Apollo 2, but still very powerful.
Mars Pro has a 3500mAh battery and is only 7.6mm thick. It adopts simplistic and symmetric (both horizontally and vertically) design with no physical button or logo on the front. It comes with a 2.5D display with rounded sides. The bezel is only 1mm thin and the screen-to-body ratio is as high as 81%. The fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side, and the frame is screw-free. The whole back cover and frame are made from 6000 series space grade Al-Mg alloy after 18 processes, such as CNC cutting, nano molding and dual-anodizing coloring. Fine zircon 220 treatment on the surface and 2.5D rounded corners make the phone so comfortable to handle.

Mars Pro carries 16nm FinFET MTK Helio P25 SoC which features up to 2.5GHz main frequency, upgraded GPU of Mali-T880 MP2 and 25% less power consumption and more powerful than its previous generation – P10.
